The BOPP substrate offers excellent dimensional stability and tensile strength (longitudinal: 38+ MPa), preventing splitting or tearing during application and transit stress.
The acrylic adhesive system maintains consistent adhesion across a broad temperature range (-10°C to 50°C) and high-humidity environments, making it suitable for cold storage facilities and tropical shipping conditions. The adhesive bonds aggressively to recycled corrugated board, kraft paper, and common packaging substrates without requiring surface priming.
Available in standard widths of 24mm, 36mm, 48mm, 72mm, and 96mm with thickness options from 35 to 65 microns. Custom printed versions support branding, handling instructions, and security messaging. Meets ISO 9001 quality standards and JIS Z 0237 adhesion test requirements.
