Detailed Overview
Our Stretch Film is manufactured using multi-layer co-extrusion technology that combines Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) with metallocene polyethylene (mPE) to achieve exceptional stretch performance (250-300% pre-stretch) and puncture resistance. The cast extrusion process produces consistent thickness uniformity (±10%) and excellent clarity for load identification.
The film exhibits superior load retention force, maintaining tension on palletized goods during storage and transit to prevent shifting and collapse. The self-adhesive cling layer is applied to one side only, preventing pallets from sticking together during stacking while ensuring wrap layers bond securely to each other.
Available in hand-grade (3-inch core, 300-500mm width) and machine-grade (76mm core, 500mm width) formats. Thickness ranges from 17 to 35 microns with color options including clear, black (security), and tinted variants for load coding.
