The Hand Sealer is a portable, manually operated impulse sealing tool designed for low-volume bag sealing operations. Using resistive heating elements that activate only during the sealing cycle, it safely seals polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and laminated films up to 12 inches (300mm) width without preheating requirements.
The impulse heating technology minimizes energy consumption and burn risks compared to constant-heat sealers. The sealing jaw applies uniform pressure across the entire seal width, creating consistent hermetic seals with widths from 2mm to 5mm depending on model specification.
