The L Sealer Machine automatically cuts and seals center-folded shrink film around products using an electromagnetic sealing system that delivers consistent seal strength without mechanical wear. The L-shaped sealing bar cuts film on two sides while sealing the edges, leaving one side open for product insertion and one side pre-sealed from the fold.
The machine features automatic film feed, product detection, and seal cycle initiation for operator-free operation once products are placed. The seal temperature and dwell time are microprocessor-controlled for consistent results across varying film gauges. Integrated film perforation creates vent holes that prevent air trapping during the shrinking process.
Capable of handling products up to 500mm x 400mm x 200mm at speeds of 15-25 packages per minute depending on operator feeding rate. Pairs with shrink tunnels for complete overwrapping systems. Ideal for retail multi-packs, books, and boxed consumer goods.
