Detailed Overview
Our Foam Tape features a closed-cell polyethylene foam carrier (1mm to 3mm thickness) coated on both sides with high-performance acrylic adhesive. The foam structure provides excellent conformability to irregular surfaces while distributing stress evenly across bonded areas, making it ideal for mounting signage, nameplates, and lightweight fixtures.
The adhesive system develops high initial tack and achieves full bond strength within 24 hours, with excellent resistance to plasticizer migration common in PVC and flexible substrates. The foam carrier acts as a thermal and acoustic insulator while providing vibration damping for transported goods.
Available in white, black, and gray foam colors with liner options (paper or film) suited to manual or automated application. Temperature resistance from -20°C to 80°C makes it suitable for both indoor and sheltered outdoor applications. Not recommended for heavy-load structural bonding.
