The Impulse Sealer provides precise, repeatable heat sealing through an electronic timer system that controls heating duration from 0.5 to 5 seconds. The sealing mechanism uses a Nichrome heating element embedded in a silicone or Teflon-coated jaw that heats only during the sealing cycle, remaining cool between operations for safety and energy efficiency. The pressure bar applies consistent clamping force through a spring or cam mechanism, ensuring uniform seal integrity across the entire jaw width.
Available in seal widths from 8 inches to 40 inches with 2mm, 5mm, or 10mm seal jaw options.
