Detailed Overview
The Shrink Wrapping Machine combines the sealing and shrinking operations into a single integrated system, eliminating the need for separate L-sealers and shrink tunnels. Products are placed on the infeed conveyor, automatically wrapped in film, sealed, and conveyed through the shrink chamber in one continuous process.
The system handles both center-fold and single-wound films with automatic film tension control and waste trim removal. The shrink chamber uses recirculating hot air with adjustable temperature profiles to accommodate heat-sensitive products and different film materials. The integrated design reduces floor space requirements and operator handling compared to separate components.
Production rates of 20-40 packages per minute depending on product size and film type. Suitable for retail bundling, promotional packs, and industrial product protection where space constraints favor integrated systems over modular configurations.
