Our LLDPE Stretch Film leverages the unique properties of Linear Low-Density Polyethylene to deliver exceptional stretch performance (300%+ elongation at break) combined with superior puncture and tear resistance. The molecular structure provides high tensile strength in the stretch direction while maintaining flexibility to conform to irregular load shapes including sharp corners and protrusions.
The film is manufactured using either cast extrusion (excellent clarity, quiet unwind) or blown extrusion (higher puncture resistance, aggressive cling) depending on application requirements. Both processes yield consistent gauge control and uniform cling properties across the roll width.
Ideal for unitizing palletized building materials, agricultural products, and irregular industrial components where standard films would puncture or tear. Available in hand-applied and machine-grade formulations with thickness from 17 to 60 microns and widths from 100mm to 1500mm.
