The Stretch Wrapping Machine automates pallet wrapping operations using either turntable (pallet rotates while film carriage ascends) or rotary arm (film arm rotates around stationary pallet) configurations. The powered pre-stretch system achieves 150-300% film elongation, significantly reducing material cost per pallet while maximizing load containment force.
The microprocessor control system allows programming of wrap patterns (bottom wraps, top wraps, reinforcement bands) tailored to load stability requirements. The film carriage features variable speed and tension control, while the automatic film tail treatment clamps and cuts film at cycle completion.
Turntable models handle pallet loads up to 2000 kg with 1500mm or 1650mm diameters; rotary arm models accommodate unlimited weight and oversized loads. Optional features include weighing scales, top sheet dispensers, and remote monitoring connectivity.
