The Manual L Sealer provides an economical entry point into shrink wrapping operations, utilizing foot-pedal actuation to lower the sealing head onto center-folded film. The operator places the product, steps on the pedal to cut and seal the film, then removes the wrapped item for shrinking in a separate tunnel or heat gun.
The quick-change film roll system accommodates different film widths without tools, while the adjustable seal timer (1-5 seconds) optimizes sealing for PVC or POF films of varying thickness. The sealing blade is Teflon-coated to prevent film sticking and ensure clean cuts.
